The Psychosomatic Process to me strengthens a person’s awareness of the deep union between the psyche (mind) and soma (body).
You experience this body-mind connection in every moment.
Patterns of muscular tension as well as chemical, hormonal, and other physiological reactions engage in moments of stress.
In any therapeutic regimen, whether on a massage table or a psychotherapist’s couch, if those experiences are not consciously addressed in the body, treatment is incomplete.
Through this process, you develop a thorough understanding of the human being’s emotional anatomy and learn to translate (or sub: “decode”) the messages of the body.
The Psychosomatic Process serves as a supplement to the expertise of a broad range of health and wellness practitioners, empowering them to enhance their practices.
Psychosomatics/Emotional Anatomy is the ability to read:
- Faces
- Bodies
- Hands
- Feet
- Emotional Anatomy
- Psychosomatic Body Language
- Archetypes of the body
- Voice vibration, tone, sound and where it resides in the body
- Masculine and Feminine Energies in the body
The body has an intelligence of its own, explore it with me!
Psychosomatics is the journey of discovery and excavation, how we react to the outside world and how we take action in it.
